Supplementary insurance
We have contracts with all health insurers. Regular physical therapy and manual therapy are usually covered by your supplemental insurance.
Check your policy carefully to see how many treatments you are entitled to reimbursement for.
Have you already been treated at another practice? Please mention this during the intake.
E-health consultations are considered regular appointments and are reimbursed by your insurer.
Intake + Initial treatment = Two consultations
For your first appointment, we always schedule a double session of 40 to 50 minutes. During this session, we combine the intake with an initial treatment, so we can help you get started right away.
This counts as two consultations.

Reimbursement for chronic conditions
In the case of a chronic condition, physical therapy is covered by basic insurance from the 21st treatment onwards, but only with a referral from a doctor.
First 20 treatments: covered by supplementary insurance or at your own expense
From the 21st treatment onwards: reimbursed through basic insurance
Treatments covered by basic insurance are subject to your deductible.

We are happy to assist you and will try to explain everything as clearly as possible. However, please note that you remain responsible for checking whether—and how—you are insured for physical therapy. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us, and we will explore the options together.
Reimbursement for hip and knee osteoarthritis
For osteoarthritis of the hip or knee, basic insurance covers a maximum of 12 treatments per year.
Additional treatments? Then supplementary insurance is required.
The deductible applies (except with Salland Zorgverzekeringen).
Osteoarthritis in other joints: only covered by supplementary insurance
No supplementary insurance?
In that case, you will receive a private invoice. This is handled through Infomedics
The invoice is sent by email at the end of the month.
You can view and pay the invoice online straight away.
Didn’t receive an email? Then the invoice will be sent by post with a 30-day payment term.
Please inform us of any changes to your address details as soon as possible.
