What happens next?
Your appointment will be sent to us immediately. The physical therapist you have chosen will see right away that you are scheduled. You don’t need to do anything else.
If your practitioner has any questions about your complaint or your health, we will contact you in a friendly and personal manner. This way, we ensure that you get the best start possible.
How can you prepare yourself for the appointment?
We do most of the work, but you can also help to get the most out of your visit.
Wear or bring comfortable, sporty clothing. We will probably be doing some exercise or physical activity.
Please arrive a few minutes early if you would like to change clothes at our location.
Think about what exactly is bothering you and what you would like to be able to do again. This will help us to get started in a focused way.
Rates & Fees
At De Fysiovrienden, we value clarity, including when it comes to costs and reimbursements.
During your first appointment, we usually schedule both the intake and the first treatment. This means that two consultations will be charged. The amount charged depends on your insurance and the agreements you have with your health insurer.
Do you have supplementary insurance for physical therapy?
In that case, the treatment will usually be reimbursed (in part or in full). If you do not have supplementary insurance or have already used up your number of treatments for this year, we will send you the invoice ourselves.
