Practical information about sports physiotherapy at De Fysiovrienden
A sports physiotherapy session lasts a maximum of 25 minutes. The length of your treatment programme depends on your injury and your sport. A mild ankle sprain is often resolved within 4–6 weeks, while ACL rehabilitation can take several months. We create a clear plan together. Sports physiotherapy is usually covered by supplementary insurance. Check your policy for the exact coverage. You do not need a GP referral and can book an appointment directly.
