Yes. In the Netherlands, you can usually book an appointment directly with a physiotherapist without first visiting your GP. Dutch physiotherapists are trained to assess musculoskeletal complaints independently and will refer you to a doctor or specialist if additional medical care is needed.

The Dutch system may be more direct than what you are used to. In many countries, you first need to visit a GP or specialist before starting physiotherapy. In the Netherlands, you can usually book directly with a physiotherapist.

Whether you are from the UK, Germany, France, Southern Europe, the US, Scandinavia, Australia or Canada, the biggest advantage is often the same: faster access, less confusion and clear guidance from a qualified physiotherapist.

This depends on your insurance package. Many additional insurance plans partially or fully cover physiotherapy treatments. We are happy to help you understand your coverage.

Yes. You can still visit us even if you are not insured in the Netherlands yet. Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.
